FAQ
How do you photograph your sessions?
Leave the details to me, your only job is to show up looking and feeling great on your special day! I'll send you a guide to help you prep for your day and assist in planning your wardrobes. If you are doing a newborn session, I will go over your color scheme and aesthetic, making sure to add any sentimental touches you can think of.
On your photoshoot day, I want to capture the feelings, the mood, the emotions, the calm and crazy moments, all the details that make your family unique! As a lifestyle photographer, I want to try and capture your moments genuinely but with light posing if you need a little extra inspiration!
Where are you based and do you travel?
Gaia Photography is an on-location photographer, based in The Greater Philadelphia area, The Main Line, Central and South NJ. If you would like for me to photograph your family, let's go on an adventure to the perfect setting!
I love to travel! If you are outside of my location radius inquire about my traveling fees to come to you!
When will we get our photos?
Your will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within maximum 2 weeks after your session. You can download all the photos from the gallery with the option to choose your favorites, share them on social media and order prints in custom framing, with just a few clicks in your viewing gallery!
How many pictures will we receive?
Quantity of pictures received depends on package that is selected. There is always an option to buy the entire gallery if you love everything that you see!
What happens if my child is having an off day and difficulty during the shoot?
We pride ourselves in hosting an unrushed portrait session by cushioning appointments with (hopefully) enough time for your little one to come around. If your little one is just not feeling up to the session we offer a complimentary re-do. Anything to make sure we have happy memories surrounding the smiling faces looking back at you from the photographs!
What is your rescheduling/cancelation policy?
Rescheduling Policy: Please contact us at least 48 hours before your session, you may schedule once without penalty, continuous rescheduling will have an additional fee of $50.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations occurring less than 48 hours in advance (with the exception of illness) or more than once, are subject to a 50% rebooking fee.
Inclement Weather: Outdoor sessions rescheduled are not subject to rebooking fees.
What are your covid precautions?
I am fully vaccinated and wear my mask during the entire session. I ask that all adults be masked unless its a session specifically for them. Following all state Covid restrictions as they fluctuate.
